DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At the moment, international shipping is not available at this time. Although, this may change! Stay tuned for updates on Instagram.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
We provide a flat rate of $3.XX for all doorstep deliveries. Local standard delivery typically takes 5-8 business days from the time of order placement.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS OR MAKE ANY AMENDS?
Unfortunately, we are unable to fix or cancel orders once they have been placed, as they are fulfilled promptly. However, should you notice any inaccuracies or omissions in the address details, please e-mail us at xx@xxxx.com within 24 hours of placing it, and I'll do my best to accommodate your request.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Regrettably, we cannot facilitate exchanges due to hygiene reasons, unless the items are incorrect or faulty. Please note that all sales are final.

All pilates crew socks are: US Women's sizes 5-10
ANY SPECIFIC WASHING INSTRUCTIONS?
For grip longevity & embroidery preservation, wash on regular cold settings inside out and either hang or lay flat to dry!
WHAT DOES ONE SIZE FIT MOST MEAN?
grip socks and are designed with stretch and compression to comfortably fit most feet from Women’s size 5–10 (US) and Men's 7-11 (US). The fabric adapts to a range of foot shapes while maintaining a secure and supportive feel.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM DESIGNS?
No, at this time individual custom design requests will not be made, but suggestions in the comments & DMs are welcome at @shopadorecore on IG + TikTok.
